on the road in Oklahoma and texas.

We are in Texas for a week and so far having a great time with the Olivers, and friends from Valley Center.  The weather is great and went sight seeing today. Dogs are doing fine and adapting to the traveling.  We will send some pictures later.

This canyon we had to back out of by bouncing of the walls.  Notice the technique.

This is a canyon that the Mac26x could not go so we hit the small boat.  Real narrow, not even enough room to paddle or turn around.  So we used the bounce off the wall method.   Real fun, some times you have to innovate.

Here are some areal of the places we stayed.

Found the camp ground we wanted, right outside Mesa Verde.  got all settled for the night.
On the way here we enjoyed the most different territory, with hills, and flats, and hugh rises of rock and sandstone.  Makes me very happy with Kansas. So much land, and can do very little with it.
We ate traditional Navajo tacos for lunch , at Four Corners.   Yummy.
